Booking Procedure

Before booking, please thoroughly read our terms and conditions.

To make a booking, please send a completed and signed booking form (available on request by email info@chamex.com or by fax) and 30% of the total price stated as deposit to SARL Chamonix Experience, Alpcenter, 141 rue Charlet Straton, 74400 Argentière, France at the earliest opportunity to ensure availability. We will then send you confirmation of your booking.

The final balance of the course should reach Chamonix Experience no later than 8 weeks prior to the course or activity start date. If Chamonix Experience has not received full payment by then, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, unless agreed otherwise.
