Ice Climbing
Skiing and ski-based activities are not the only winter adventure activities Chamonix has to offer. The cold temperatures from December to February freeze the many waterfalls in the valley turning them into an ice climber’s paradise. These fantastic sculptures provide climbing for all standards. Constantly varying conditions change the nature of the climbs on a daily basis, supplying endless variety.
As with all our activities, we offer a specific ice climbing course. If you would like more flexibility, - perhaps you have your own objective, or want to try a mixture of activities - then we also offer a private guiding service. Whether you want to learn or just maximise your time in the mountains, our guides will put together an agenda tailored to your specific requirements.
