		<description><![CDATA[It is snowing outside our office window in Argentiere in the Chamonix valley! I just went for a drive up to Le Tour (1450m) and took these photos and according to the Compagnie du Mont Blanc website there is 40cm of fresh snow at the Aiguille du Midi (3842m). Winter is definitely on its way!
