Off piste freeride with Chamex ski guides This is not a ski lesson, it is a guided journey of exploration and adventure for those who already ski confidently off-piste. To join us you must regularly practice backcountry skiing and have a solid repertoire. If you ski confidently in all types of backcountry snow, and are comfortable in couloirs (gullies) up to 35° then you are welcome to join us! Having said that, our ski mountain guides will help you improve your technique and build on your ski alpinism skills such as climbing couloirs with an ice axe and crampons, and skiing longer and more challenging itineraries. It will be a lot of fun and will ultimately make you a better skier. If you’re lucky, we might even take you to some of our favourite mountain huts for lunch…
