Are you looking for some fun ski touring, do you want to discover new routes, or are you just looking for some friends to go ski touring with?

Chamonix Experience UIAGM qualified mountain guides will make sure that you find the best snow conditions in the area and have a fantastic weekend exploring the beautiful Chamonix backcountry.

We'll plan an exceptional itinerary based on the weather and snow conditions. The Mont Blanc valley is world-famous for its wonderful ski touring terrain including classic Chamonix ski touring routes such as the Col du Passon, Brèche Puiseux or Col du Belvédère.

Splitboarders and telemarkers are very welcome to join this group. If you do not wish to join a group then please contact us about organising a private ski touring trip.

This weekend is an ideal warm-up for one of our longer ski touring courses, where you'll venture further into the Chamonix backcountry and spend a night in a mountain hut. More advanced ski tourers will find this weekend to be perfect preparation for a multiday ski tour such as the iconic Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermatt or even combine it with some ski mountaineering and Ski Mont Blanc - the ultimate Chamonix Experience!

Our Chamonix Ski Touring Weekend Group is aimed at people who already have some experience of ski touring and want to discover new routes with a experienced and qualified mountain guide.

Perhaps you are a compentent ski tourer but are not confident about going off-piste alone? Or perhaps you simply want to go with someone who knows the area and can plan the best route.

Either way, we're confident that not only will you have a fantastic weekend skiing beautiful terrain but that you'll also pick up a few tips that will improve your ski touring technique and make your future expeditions so much more enjoyable!

Level requirements:

You need to have experience of ski touring Know how to use the equipment (skins, crampons, ice axe) Be able to hike up with your skis strapped to your rucksack Be prepared to rappel/abseil if needed A good level of fitness is essential
