Do you have a specific goal? Do you need to learn specific skills to reach that goal? Maybe you would like to gain more knowledge in order to safely venture out in the mountains on your own.
Chamonix Experience offer a wide range of courses from one day mountain-craft courses on Avalanche Awareness and Crevasse Rescue to more extensive all-inclusive courses on off-piste skiing, ski touring, ice climbing, winter mountaineering, rock climbing and alpine climbing.
In liaison with our sister company, Himalayan Experience, and under supervision of renowned expedition leader Russell Brice, Chamonix Experience is running an Expedition Training course to prepare you for the big adventures in the Himalayas or any of the other great ranges around the world.
Off-Piste Courses
Learn to ski that fluffy white stuff, explore a world class off-piste region and equally important, learn to be safe! All inclusive course, now in two levels, off-piste introduction and off-piste advanced. Half-board chalet accommodation included.
Ski Touring Course
You want to explore the mountains even further; then ski touring might be your thing. Learn technique, gear and safety whilst exploring four different areas of the Chamonix Valley and finish off by skiing down a 4000m summit.
Winter Mountaineering course
This all inclusive course will give you an insight into the ‘Alpine Experience winter time’. It will provide excellent preparation for your own adventures in the Alps and elsewhere and is also a good base for ice climbing.
Alpine Climbing Course
This course is designed to teach you essential mountaineering skills for big and small future climbing adventures. This is the ideal introduction whether you are aiming to continue guided or under your own steam. This course is running in the summer.
Expedition Training Course
Under supervision of renowned expedition leader Russell Brice and under tuition of experienced expedition guides, the preparation you need for an expedition to any of the greater ranges in the world.
